Question numbering and transfer issue

Summary

Members and the Chair clarify that Questions Nos. 6, 7, 55 and 63 are grouped or transferred differently than expected. The Chair agrees to check the paperwork, says the Deputy will not be left short, and notes the transfer was not formally offered to the Clerk.

This happens all the time. I will not leave the Deputy short, but this was the very reason we brought in this procedure. The Clerk has told me that this was not offered to him.
