Nature restoration and sewers

Summary

Deputy McNamara raised concerns about who will pay for nature restoration measures and, separately, about coastal communities without sewers. The Tánaiste said farmers must be properly paid for environmental standards and that sewer connections would continue as capacity allows.

What about coastal communities without sewers?

Comment on this

I believe in connecting sewers as much as we can. Irish Water is doing that across the board but there are limitations in terms of what can be done in any one year.
