Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Justice the number of persons awaiting a decision from her pursuant to section 49 (4) of the International Protection Act, having received a tribunal affirmation of a recommendation referred to in section 39 (3)(c) made in respect of an application, at the end of each month since February 2020.
