Summary
The Order of Business was put again, Deputy McGrath rejected it, and he requested a non-electronic division; the Leas-Cheann Comhairle confirmed the division would proceed.
As this is an important issue and the people spoke overwhelmingly the week before last against all parties, I demand that the vote be taken by other than electronic means.
