Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Justice how many persons in respect of whom a "transfer decision" was made by an international protection officer to transfer in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 604/2013, which decision was not subsequently set aside on appeal or deemed to be invalid by the Courts, were not transferred in each calendar year since 2014.
