Deputy Peter Fitzpatrick asked the Minister for Health if he will address the lack of orthodontists in Dundalk HSE; if he expects children (details supplied) to avail of the cross-Border scheme as a result of lack of services; if they are eligible for this scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
