Charlie McConalogue Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine Fianna Fáil

As part of the review process for the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) Regulations, a public consultation was conducted in 2023.  A total of 64 submissions was received and reviewed in response to that public consultation. Submissions were from statutory agencies, NGOs, farming organisations, farmers, and members of the public.

My department is at present examining these submissions to inform the next steps.
