Deputy Noel Grealish asked the Minister for Health to outline, in light of current budget constraints, the steps being taken to remote monitor patients to keep them out of GP surgeries and reduce the risk of complications associated with diabetes; his plans to balance these technological interventions with the need to manage healthcare expenditure efficiently; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
