Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Health the total number of nursing home facilities that have closed and ceased operations, by name and location, since January 2020; if any of the nursing homes voluntarily returned TAPS payments/monies to his Department for any reason, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is an operational matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
