Deputy Alan Farrell asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the full-year cost of increasing the NCS universal subsidy so that the average family (regardless of the number of children) pays no more than €400 for the maximum hours, for children up to five years, ten years, and 15 years. Due to the complexity of the above scenario and its divergence from current resource modelling, this will require some time to gather data, construct a model and respond.
