Deputy Martin Browne asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if consideration will be given to improving the allocation for grant funding for counselling towards resource centres; if particular consideration will be given to increasing the availability of counselling co-ordinators to areas of particular disadvantage (details supplied) where a co-ordinator is only available 2.5 days a week; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
