Summary

A postponed division on the trans healthcare motion was taken and, with fewer than ten Members rising, the motion was carried.

John McGuinness An Leas-Cheann Comhairle Fianna Fáil

I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding trans healthcare. On Wednesday, 3 December, 2025 on the question, "That the motion be agreed to", a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 85(2), that division must be taken now. Will the Deputies claiming a division please rise?
