Deputy Michael Lowry asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality if she will consider reimbursement for parents who are having to arrange private psychological assessments for their children in North Tipperary as there is currently no psychologists to carry out assessments through the HSE; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
