Deputy Eamon Scanlon asked the Minister for Health if she will review the requirement for persons with a free travel pass to pay the €4 daily transport charge on closed HSE transport routes when attending day services in CHO 1; if the same charges apply to service users in other CHOs; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
