The project to which the Deputy is referring to is being delivered through the Strategic Infrastructure Upgrade Programme (SIUP) in which my Department is investing in the upgrade of existing FET infrastructure to provide a high-quality teaching and learning environment. I am pleased to confirm that officials from my Department recently met with SOLAS and the ETB in question to discuss the project in detail. It is my understanding that, following this meeting, the ETB and its design team will now submit an updated proposal with a view to progressing the project as soon as possible.
