Deputy Peter 'Chap' Cleere asked the Minister for Health if she will encourage the HSE to appoint a sleep aponia dedicated team in St. Luke's Hospital Kilkenny as they have been under-resourced for being a model 3 hospital when it comes to dealing with patients who suffer from sleeping disorders; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
