Before I move to the next Deputy, I have the privilege of welcoming the Mayor of Austin, Texas, who is with us in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery. I ask colleagues to join me in offering a warm céad míle fáilte to Mr. Kirk Watson, the 59th Mayor of Austin, Texas. The mayor and his delegation are guests of the Minister of State at the Department of Finance, Deputy Robert Troy.
