Dara Calleary Minister for Social Protection Fianna Fáil

A Social Welfare Inspector has been in touch with the customer in respect of this matter. When the investigation is completed the report of the Inspector will be reviewed by a deciding officer in Scope section. A formal employment status decision will issue shortly thereafter.

I trust this clarifies matters for the Deputy.
