Martin Heydon Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine Fine Gael

I am aware that approval of new applications for movements of manures for land-spreading from Northern Ireland (NI) to Ireland under Article 48 of the Animal By-Product (ABP) regulations (EC Regulation 1069/2009) were temporarily suspended by my Department, while administrative elements were being considered. This suspension has now been lifted and new applications can be submitted to my Department.
