Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Health the reason the invalidity pension of a person (details supplied) is now being claimed by the HSE; the reason no notice was given to their spouse; and if consideration was given to the fact that they have a joint mortgage that cannot now be met. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
