Deputy Albert Dolan asked the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment to provide the web link to his Department’s Q2 2026 published report of purchase orders/payments over €20,000, in line with the FOI model publication scheme requirements; to confirm the date on which this report was published; and, if it has not yet been published, the planned publication date. My Department is committed to promoting transparency and aligning with national and EU open data standards. Each quarter, we publish a report of procurement-related payments over €20,000, in arrears, in both PDF and Excel formats on my Department's website.

It is anticipated that the Q2 2026 report of payments over €20,000 will be completed and ready for publication by the end of August 2026. As with previous reports, the underlying data will be fully expanded and validated prior to conversion to PDF format to ensure that all columns including supplier names and descriptions are fully visible and legible.
