Tuesday's business shall be:
- Motion re Proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of EirGrid, Electricity and Turf (Amendment) Act 2022 Section 10 Order 2026 (without debate and any division claimed to be taken immediately)
- Motion re Referral to Select Committee of proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of the (Taxes on Income and on Capital) (the Principality of Liechtenstein) Order 2026 and the Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Sweden) Order 2026 (without debate and any division claimed to be taken immediately)
- Motion re Referral to Joint Committee of Proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of Draft Regulations for Planning and Development Act (Exempted Development (Act of 2000)) Regulations 2026, and Planning and Development (Licensing of Outdoor Events) Regulations 2026 (without debate and any division claimed to be taken immediately)

Wednesday's business shall be:
- Statements and Q and A post European Council meeting of 18th-19th June 2026, pursuant to Standing Order 133 (not to exceed 1 hour 33.5 mins, followed by 20 mins Q and and Ministerial response for 5 mins)
- Postal and Telecommunications Services (Amendment) Bill 2026 (Committee and remaining Stages) (to commence no earlier than 4 p.m. and to conclude within 1 hour)
- Garda Síochána (Recording Devices) (Amendment) Bill 2025 (Amendments from the Seanad) (to conclude within 1 hour)
- Finance Bill 2026 (Recommendations from the Seanad) (to conclude within 1 hour)
- Housing and Residential Tenancies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2026 (Report and Final Stages) (to conclude within 2 hours)

Wednesday's private members' business shall be the Motion re A Place Called Home for Adults with an Intellectual Disability, selected by Social Democrats.
Thursday's business shall be:
- Statements on Dementia (not to exceed 2 hours and 25 minutes)
- Health (Provision of Contraception Prescribing Service in Retail Pharmacy Businesses) Bill 2026 (Second Stage) (to conclude after the first round, not to exceed 1 hour and 52 minutes and any division claimed to be taken immediately prior to Committee Stage on Wednesday, 15th July, 2026)
Thursday evening business shall be the Social Housing Passport Bill 2026 (Second Stage), sponsored by Deputy Mark Ward.
Proposed Arrangements for this week’s business:
In relation to Tuesday’s business, it is proposed that:
1. notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders:
(a) the time allocated to Government business shall be extended in accordance with the arrangements for that business and the Dáil may sit later than 10.48 p.m.;
(b) Parliamentary Questions to the Taoiseach pursuant to Standing Order 47(1) shall not be taken, and Government business shall commence at the time when Parliamentary Questions to the Taoiseach would normally be taken; and
(c) private members’ business shall be taken on conclusion of the proceedings on the Motion re Proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of Council Decision (EU) 2023/1076 with regard to matters related to judicial cooperation in criminal matters, asylum and non-refoulement, with consequential effect on the commencement times for the items following in the ordinary routine of business;
2. the proceedings on the Motion re Proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of EirGrid, Electricity and Turf (Amendment) Act 2022 Section 10 Order 2026 shall be taken without debate and any division claimed thereon shall be taken immediately;
3. the proceedings on the Motion re Referral to Select Committee of proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of the Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and on Capital) (the Principality of Liechtenstein) Order 2026 and the Double Taxation Relief (Taxes on Income and Capital Gains) (Sweden) Order 2026 shall be taken without debate and any division claimed thereon shall be taken immediately;
4. the proceedings on the Motion re Referral to Joint Committee of Proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of Draft Regulations for Planning and Development Act (Exempted Development (Act of 2000)) Regulations 2026, and Planning and Development (Licensing of Outdoor Events) Regulations 2026 shall be taken without debate and any division claimed thereon shall be taken immediately;
5. the proceedings on the Motion to Instruct the Committee on the Housing and Residential Tenancies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2026 shall be taken without debate and any division claimed thereon shall be taken immediately;
6. the proceedings on Report and Final Stages of the Israeli Settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (Prohibition of Importation of Goods) Bill 2026 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 90 minutes by one question, which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade
7. the proceedings on the Second Stage of the Postal and Telecommunications Services (Amendment) Bill 2026 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at the end of the first speaking round and the following arrangements shall apply:
(a) the first-round speeches, not including the Ministerial response, shall be in accordance with the table below (to be read across);
(b) on conclusion of the first speaking round, or where speeches conclude before the 1 hours and 42 minutes have elapsed and no other member is offering, a Minister or Minister of State shall be called upon to make a speech in reply which shall not exceed 10 minutes, whereupon proceedings shall be brought to a conclusion; Provided that any division claimed on the Second Stage proceedings shall be taken immediately prior to Committee Stage on Wednesday; and
(c) members may share time;
8. the proceedings on the Motion re Proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of Council Decision (EU) 2023/1076 with regard to matters related to judicial cooperation in criminal matters, asylum and non-refoulement shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 60 minutes and the following arrangements shall apply thereto:
(a) the order of speaking and allocation of time shall be as follows:-
— opening speech by a Minister or Minister of State – 10 minutes;
— speeches by representatives of Sinn Féin, Social Democrats, the Labour Party, Independent and Parties Technical Group, and Independent Technical Group – 7.5 minutes per party or group;
— speeches by non-party/group members – 7.5 minutes in total; and
— a speech in response by the Minister – 5 minutes; and
(b) members may share time; and
9. notwithstanding anything in Standing Order 177(2), the proceedings on Second Stage of the Planning for Constitutional Change Bill 2026 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 2 hours.
In relation to Wednesday's business, it is proposed that:
1. notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders:
(a) the time allotted for Government Business shall be extended in accordance with the arrangements for that business and the Dáil may sit later than 9.30 p.m.; and
(b) the Statements and Q and A post European Council meeting of 18th - 19th June 2026, pursuant to Standing Order 133, shall be taken at the time when the SOS pursuant to Standing Order 25(1) would normally be taken, and on the conclusion of the Minister’s response to the statements, the sitting shall stand suspended either for one hour or until 4 p.m., whichever is the later
2. the Statements and Q and A post European Council meeting of 18th-19th June 2026, pursuant to Standing Order 133, shall not exceed 1 hour and 58.5 minutes, and the order of speaking and allocation of time shall be as follows:
(a) the arrangements for the statements, not including the Ministerial response, shall be in accordance with the arrangements contained in the table immediately below (to be read across, not down);
(b) following the statements, questions and answers shall be taken for 20 minutes;
(c) on the conclusion of the questions and answers, a Minister or Minister of State shall be called upon to make a statement in reply which shall not exceed five minutes; and
(d) members may share time
3. the proceedings on Committee and remaining Stages of the Postal and Telecommunications Services (Amendment) Bill 2026 shall be taken no earlier than 4 p.m. and shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 1 hour by one question, which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Minister for Culture, Communications and Sport;
4. the proceedings on the amendments from the Seanad to the Garda Síochána (Recording Devices) (Amendment) Bill 2025 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 1 hour, and any amendments from the Seanad not disposed of shall be decided by one question which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to amendments to the Seanad amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration;
5. the proceedings on the recommendations from the Seanad to the Finance Bill 2026 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 1 hour, and any recommendations from the Seanad not disposed of shall be decided by one question which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to amendments to the Seanad recommendations, include only those set down or accepted by the Minister for Finance;
6. the proceedings on Report and Final Stages of the Housing and Residential Tenancies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2026 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 2 hours by one question, which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage; and
7. the proceedings on Committee and remaining Stages of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Bill 2026 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after 2 hours by one question, which shall be put from the Chair, and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
In relation to Thursday's business, it is proposed that:
1. notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, topical issues may be taken earlier than 7.24 p.m. with consequential effect on the commencement time for Second Stage of the Social Housing Passport Bill 2026, and on the time for the adjournment of the Dáil
2. the Statements on Dementia shall not exceed 2 hours and 25 minutes and the following arrangements shall apply:
(a) the statements, not including the Ministerial response, shall be in accordance with the sequence contained in the table immediately below (to be read across);
(b) following the statements, a Minister or Minister of State shall be called upon to make a statement in reply which shall not exceed 10 minutes; and
(c) members may share time; and
3. the proceedings on the Second Stage of the Health (Provision of Contraception Prescribing Service in Retail Pharmacy Businesses) Bill 2026 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at the end of the first speaking round and the following arrangements shall apply:
