Deputy John Paul O'Shea asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he will provide details of projects approved from the €650 million allocated to his Department to support improvements in water quality as part of the €3.15 billion of the Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund (ICNF); and if he will make a statement on the matter. Under the updated National Development Plan €650m has been allocated out to 2030 for water quality projects from the Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund. A number of wastewater treatment plant projects are under consideration as part of the designation process which is ongoing at present.
