Please see a breakdown of the budget allocations and financial supports received by Early Years and School Age Childcare Services via the Sustainability fund since 2018. The table also includes expenditure on Sustainability Fund Emergency Capital programme since 2025 in tabular form.

** Sustainability Fund Emergency Capital. Funding to support the completion of essential/emergency capital works in Community Early Learning & Care (ELC) and School Age Childcare (SAC) settings that are Core Funding Partner Services.

If any service has viability concerns, the Department encourages them to reach out to their local CCC to start availing of supports through the case management process.
