The latest Central Statistics Office (CSO) trade data available covers the period from January to April 2026. During this period, 372 tonnes of beef were imported from Brazil. It should be noted that this data is provisional and subject to ongoing revision by the CSO.

The next edition of CSO trade statistics are scheduled for publication on 15 July 2026. This edition will cover the period from January to May 2026.

Further information on Agri-food sector trade can be found in chapter six of the Annual Review and Outlook for Agriculture, Food and Marine 2024 - 2025, my Department’s flagship economic publication, which is available online (atwww.gov.ie/en/department-of-agriculture-food-and-the-marine/publications/annual-review-and-outlook-for-agriculture-food-and-the-marine-2024/)
