Deputy Ann Graves asked the Minister for Transport the engagement his Department has had with the National Transport Authority regarding the reliability and capacity of rail services serving Donabate; if any short-term measures have been pursued to improve service reliability and increase capacity; and if there is a detailed timeline available for the completion of the DART+ works and delivery of the service to Donabate.
