The State Examinations Commission (SEC) is a body under the aegis of the Department of Education and Youth established under the Education Act 1998 and has its own FOI procedures which are publicly available on the SEC website. All Government and aegis bodies, including the SEC, are subject to Freedom of Information legislation.
