Deputy Seán Kyne asked the Minister for Social Protection to provide details of all grant schemes currently available through his Department for which individuals or community groups are eligible to apply; the purpose of each grant scheme; the eligibility criteria; the application process; the opening and closing dates for application; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Department of Social Protection does not operate any such grant schemes.  With regard to my role as Minister for Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, information on grant schemes operated by that Department will be provided to the deputy in response to the same question to that Department.
