As the Deputy is aware, this school was approved under the Department's Additional School Accommodation (ASA) Scheme for a repurposing works project to provide two special educational needs (SEN) classrooms, to be delivered in two phases.

The project is being delivered on a devolved basis by the school authority, with support from the Joint Managerial Body (JMB). The Department has approved the project to Stage 3 (tender stage), and the school authority is expected to submit the Stage 3 report shortly.

As the Stage 3 report has not yet been received, it is not possible at this time to provide a definitive timeline for the project. Once submitted, the report will be reviewed by the Department and, subject to the necessary approvals and requirements, the project will be progressed to the next stage of delivery as quickly as possible.
