Re-turn is a producer-led and owned, not-for-profit company established by beverage producers to meet their obligations under the Separate Collection (Deposit Return Scheme) Regulations.

Re-turn has stated its ambition to develop an rPET reprocessing facility in Ireland. In this regard, Re-turn has briefed me and Departmental officials on its plans.

The matter remains under consideration, with the Department considering the various public policy considerations that arise.
