Public Procurement Contracts
2022. Deputy James Geoghegan asked the Minister for Social Protection the total value of non-compliant public procurement identified within his Department and in bodies under the aegis of his Department in 2025 and to date in 2026; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [57214/26]

The procurement of supplies and services is essential to support my Department and bodies under the aegis of my Department in providing high quality services to the public, in a cost effective and efficient manner.
The table below sets out details of contracts for My Department that were found to be non-compliant with procurement guidelines in 2025.
There have been no non-compliant procurements for my Department to date in 2026.
Details of the Department’s non-compliant procurements are published annually on the Comptroller and Auditor General’s [website (www.audit.gov.ie/en/) ].
The Citizens Information Board, Social Welfare Tribunal , NAERSA and Pensions Council have had no non-compliant procurement in 2025 and to date in 2026.
Pensions Authority
There have been no non-compliant procurements for the Pensions Authority to date in 2026.
My Department and bodies under the aegis of my Department ensure that the necessary work is undertaken to make non-compliant contracts compliant as soon as possible.
