Dara Calleary Minister for Social Protection Fianna Fáil

The Department of Social Protection does not currently collate data on the number of claims where the statutory wage ceiling of €600 is enforced, or where it is enforced, the amount by which it is reduced.

As such it is not possible to provide an accurate projection of the cost resulting from any potential increase in the statutory wage ceiling.
