Deputy James Geoghegan asked the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment the total value of non-compliant public procurement identified within his Department and in bodies under the aegis of his Department in 2025 and to date in 2026; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Government Departments are required to publish details of all non-compliant procurements over €25k in their Appropriation Accounts annually. In 2025 there were no non-compliant procurements reported. Provisional figures for 2026, to date, show non compliant procurement of €750k.
