Martin Heydon Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine Fine Gael

New applications for movements of manures (including poultry manures) from Northern Ireland to Ireland under Article 48 of the Animal By-Product (ABP) regulations (EC Regulation 1069/2009) continue to be approved on a case by case basis by my Department. This process is working normally and there are no current issues in its operation.
