Deputy Cathy Bennett asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the amount contributed to the TB eradication programme by farmers, the EU and directly by the State; the total amount allocated to the programme; the incidence rate for the years 2019 to date, by year; and the associated reasons for a reduction in the amount contributed by the EU.
