Deputy Aindrias Moynihan asked the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality the number of children in Cork city and county awaiting an assessment of need; the average and longest waiting times; the staffing complement of assessment teams in Cork; the additional post sanctioned in 2024, 2025 and to date in 2026; the number of these post that remain to be filled; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
