Norma Foley Minister for Children, Disability and Equality Fianna Fáil

I propose to take Questions Nos. 3030 and 2848 together.

In November 2019, the then Department of Justice and Equality contracted with UCD to produce research on the question of adding a discriminatory ground of socio-economic status to the Employment Equality Acts 1998-2015 and the Equal Status Acts 2000-2015.

Department records indicate that the project was disrupted during the COVID-19 pandemic and a final report has not been produced.
