Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health to confirm whether a value-for-money or cost comparison analysis between directly employed home support workers and externally procured providers has been completed to date under the home support authorisation scheme; if such analysis has not been completed, to state the reason; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
