Marie Sherlock sought details on patient data shared under HSE consultancy contracts and related access and storage; the Minister referred the query to the HSE.

Deputy Marie Sherlock asked the Minister for Health to set out for each consultancy contract entered into by the HSE for the period 2020 to 2025 and to date in 2026, the patient data that was shared with the external consultant; and the duration of that access arrangement and the storage of that data.
