The HSE was asked to provide details of due diligence on patient-data access for consultancy contracts from 2020 to 2026.
3171. Deputy Marie Sherlock asked the Minister for Health for each consultancy contract entered into by the HSE for the period 2020 to 2025 and to date in 2026, the due diligence that was conducted relating to the access to patient data/records; and if such was conducted, the processes that were conducted in order to undertake that due diligence.
