Deputy Malcolm Byrne asked the Minister for Health the reason fewer than 5,000 interRAI assessments were carried out in 2025 to evaluate the healthcare needs of older and medically vulnerable persons when the target was over 18,000; the measures in place to improve this; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
