Deputy Ken O'Flynn asked the Minister for Health the total expenditure by the HSE on consultant recruitment advertising in each of the years 2023, 2024 and 2025, broken down by advertising channel including international journals, a platform (details supplied) and other platforms; whether this expenditure is recorded centrally; and if it is not recorded centrally, the steps being taken to ensure that public expenditure on recruitment advertising is capable of being accounted for.
