Deputy William Aird asked the Minister for Health the current number of consultant neurologists employed nationally; the number of vacant consultant neurologist posts across the health service; the progress made in delivering the Government commitment to establish additional consultant neurologist posts in regional hospitals; and if she will outline the steps being taken to improve access to neurology services; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
