Public Procurement Contracts
No non-compliant procurement was reported by the Department in 2025 or 2026 to date; the HSE and other bodies will respond separately.

My Department did not report any non-compliant procurement in 2025 and to date in 2026, there have been no non-compliant procurements. As per reporting requirements in Circular 40/2002, all procurements will be reviewed and any non-compliant procurements for 2026 will be reported and returned to the Comptroller and Auditor General by 31 March 2027.
I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
Details for other bodies under the aegis of my Department are operational matters for the bodies concerned and the Deputy should contact the relevant Director/CEO/Registrar directly.
