I propose to take Questions Nos. 4221 and 4222 together.
My Department provides me with a mobile phone for official business and use of that device is governed by the Department’s ICT Usage Policy with which staff are expected to comply.
The device provides access to Departmental email, Microsoft Teams (including messaging services), and standard mobile phone functions such as text messaging services and voice messaging services.
For operational and security reasons, the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science does not disclose details of systems and processes which could in any way compromise the Department's cybersecurity efforts.
