Seán Canney Minister of State at the Department of Transport Independent

As a State-owned commercial port company, the Port of Cork Company (PoCC) is subject to both internal and external audits and keeps the Department informed throughout these processes. Accordingly, the Department is satisfied that PoCC is fully compliant with all applicable legislative and policy requirements and is not aware of any matters to the contrary.
