I propose to take Questions Nos. 867 and 866 together.

The OPW provides office and other types of accommodation to other central government Departments and offices, using a combination of leased and State-owned property.

The attached tables provide the current set of all OPW Properties that are being leased for use as public buildings around the country  and a list all Government departments and agencies that are currently based in rented accommodation.

Due to how information is stored within our database, it is not possible to provide the information with the costs and the occupant details. Therefore, Table A lists the locations and actual rental costs. The total actual rental costs is the annual figure to year to date. Table B lists all Government departments and agencies that are currently based in rented accommodation.

Where a building appears more than once, it is because there is more than one lease within the building. Rental payments are made in accordance to the terms of the lease agreement. This may mean that some leases currently have nil payments.
