Deputy Donna McGettigan asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation if a service (details supplied) was listed on the Office of Government Procurement framework for the provision of cleaning services within the Civil Service for any year since 2022, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Office of Government Procurement, a Division within my department has established central procurement solutions for Cleaning Services:

• One arrangement was established in August 2020 and expired in August 2024;

• One arrangement was established in August 2024 and will run up to August 2028.

Ryan Cleaning Services is not currently nor were they a framework member of either arrangement.
