Alan Dillon Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment Fine Gael

Under the National Housing plan 'Delivering Homes, Building Communities', my Department has committed to undertaking a root cause analysis to identify constraints on the Agrément certification process (Action 3.3).

My Department has commissioned an independent process review and analysis of the NSAI Agrément certification pathway to identify constraints on the process. The successful contractor, Forvis Mazars, has been selected and appointed. Work on the project is currently underway, with the Final Report expected at the end of Q3 2026.
