The processing of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests for my Department is carried out by the dedicated FOI Unit in accordance with the FOI Act 2014 and its associated secondary legislation together with the FOI Code of Practice and the FOI Model Publication Scheme.

The table below sets out the information requested in respect of my Department only. The matters raised in the Question relating to agencies under my auspices are operational matters for those agencies and are not matters in which I, as Minister, have a direct role. The Deputy may therefore wish to engage directly with the relevant bodies in the first instance. Contact details for the bodies under the aegis of my Department are attached for ease of reference.
